DCPD is used to manufacture engine hoods, roof deflectors, side skirts and front face application at a competitive cost, where impact resistance, high surface quality, stiffness and weight saving are the key elements.
Thanks to its capacity to overmold inserts and its intrinsic resistance to vibration, Telene® can easily pass the most severe shaker test. Telene® is a lightweight alternative to composite materials that will contribute in reducing CO2 emission. Support is provided by our global team with them support of the technical centers located in Japan and France.

Front Fascia
Design parameters for front fascia include a high-quality finish that withstand harsh road elements, and the structural integrity to resist everyday impact. This means your front fascia will look good for years to come.

Roof Deflector
The PDCPD low deck spoiler has been developed for an optimized, aerodynamic truck with a higher trailer to improve fuel consumption. The PDCPD Spoiler material was chosen based on expected volume and technical requirements to have an optimized B-side to attach the spoiler to the cabin roof, without losing cosmetics, process technical requirements, or volume flexibility.

Side Skirts
Design parameters for side skirts include stiffness, high quality finish, high-impact tolerance and weight reduction at an attractive cost. Telene® can be utilized in all aerodynamic parts. PDCPD resin is easy to paint, allowing OEMs to easily customize parts colors (hundreds of paint references).
